24.02.09 - After a week, the 2nd Storey Frames have been completed (2nd Progress Claim on the way :-( as well ?). The house has fully taken shape ... windows and sliding doors have been installed ...

15.02.2009 - After 2 weeks of not visiting (been on a Business Trip to India) ... lo and behold the wooden frames have started for the lower level

23.01.09 One week after the Site Cut the Fences has been put-up and the Sewage Pipes has been set down.



The Electrical Box has also been installed.

Before all the developments in the construction kicks in, let me step back and look as to how the LOT looked like, when it was first SETTLED …

15.01.09 - Today marks the day when the Builder said our lot will be “Site Cut”. They are starting to build the trenches and tomorrow the drainage will be set-up as well. A pleasant surprise considering they initially indicated that Building will only commence on the 3rd week of January…

08.01.09 - It’s been a while since starting this blog page that I’ve written. As I’ve said that it’s going to be a journey and our trip started a bit bumpy … we’ve had some issues … some concerns …. but the Psalmist sums up what I feel and think … When you Raise and Lift up your concerns to HIM, WAIT and let HIM do the rest …

So here’s to the New YEAR and the start of our Journey. Officially though It has not started yet and the Builder said that it will start on the 3rd week of January …

so here’s to kickstarting our blog this year …
