09.08.09 - Today marks the official day that we say adieu to the old house which was our first home here down under ... as we return the keys ... Our little girl quipped as we left the driveway ... "Ba-bye House - Forever" similar to the House insurance ad in television, let us take one last look ...

And ater a week, we are slowly getting accustomed to our New Home, as well as the travels to and from this province :-) As the journey winds down for chocolate house... let me sit back and Thank God for everything which has transpired for the past 8 months ...

You've got to move it ... move it ...

02.08.09 - The day started early for us 5.30 am after a long night trying to move small things from the old house to the new one. The movers arrived early at the Old Place at 6.40, our appointment was 7am ... I thought it was going to be finished early as well ... I spoke/thought too soon ...

The movers finished loading the truck after 2 hours (they are being paid by the hour mind you) and we arrived at the new house at around 10 ... If I have not called and complained at their office that I guess the movers are taking their sweet time, the move wouldnt have been expedited ... Lo and behold ... just after an hour ... everything was set down at the Chocolate House ...
