TILES: We drop by the house today and found the house open again, with the Tiles installation being completed.
The Laundry Area:
The Powder Room at the 1st Floor (Powder --> Shower)
The Master's En suite and Bathroom - showing the heating lamps
The Kid's Bath - You would notice the Tile Strip Design are the same for the 3 Bathrooms
The Tiles at the Balcony
LIGHTS: The lighting fixtures have also been installed across the house.
The Wall Niche with Downlights
The Kitchen with Down Lights (must be something wrong as this was supposed to be batten lights?)
Triangular Cupboard lights in the Kitchen Cupboards ...
The Rumpus Batten Lights (?) - must be something wrong again as this should have been downlights
The Main Hallway ...
The Motion Detecting Lights outside the house ... The external and internal outlets are also installed all over the house
ELECTRICALS - The Alarm, Smoke and Intercom Systems have already been installed
Surprisingly, the Garage Door has already been installed as well ...
Next Stop ... Mirrors, Faucets, Door Knobs and Toilet Seats :-)

Hi.. the house looks great. we are also building planning to build bordeaux with the same builder. We have selected the same brick and the facade is similer too. We been going around looking at different houses with dark colour brick.But could find a house without render. Front of the house is rendered for most of the houses for this builder.We are not planning to render.Luckly i found u'r site. i would be greatful to u if u could email u'r new house address so we can have a look. uthpaladias@yahoo.com.
