Vents and Balustrade ...

11.06.09 - The weekly pictures are coming in early, as our House Presentation Date was also advised by our Site Supervisor this week, which is exactly 1 month from now. Went to the house right now for the Floating Timber Flooring and Carpet Measurements

We've selected the Carpet called Gridlock Grunge which is of Grayish Colour. We've selected Black Butt for the Flooring on the 1st Floor with the exception on the Theater Room. The following image is what we envision the floor to look like :-)

The Heating and Cooling Vents in the Dining Area


The Heating Vents in the Family which seems to be very near ... (Raised this one with the Site Supervisor and not sure whether there'll be a fix as there are apparently piping problems because of the location of the Spa at the upper floor)


The Thermostat Control was now installed.

The Smart Wiring Panel is also now in place in the Garage ...


We've been very busy now scheduling the Settlement Date, Move-in Date as well as preparing the necessities before moving in (Telephone, Curtains, Blinds, etc) and now starting to be stressful :-(
